SPAWAR 04 is responsible for providing direction, coordination, and execution of all SPAWAR installation efforts including providing shore installation policy and management for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) installation schedules. SPAWAR 04 is the single point of contact for all Command C4ISR installation efforts including planning, execution, and validation.

Amron provides centralized management and analysis that encompasses C4ISR work planning:

• horizontal integration
• scheduling
• installation
• process development
• resolution of funding
• metrics tracking
• status brief preparation
• related tasks for SPAWAR and staff

Amron furnishes the necessary personnel, incidental materials, contractor facilities, travel and other services to fulfill this task.
