• Developed a device called the Automatic Rescue Call (ARC) which will encourage and assist elderly persons to live alone at home longer than previously possible. The ARC does not require the user to press a button to initiate an alarm and provides alerts about falls, stove being on too long, sink overflowing, inactivity, etc.
